Aerosmith is an American rock band formed in Boston, Massachusetts, in 1970. The group consists of Steven Tyler (lead vocals, piano, harmonica), Joe Perry (lead guitar, backing vocals), Tom Hamilton (bass guitar, backing vocals), Brad Whitford (rhythm guitar, backing vocals), and Joey Kramer (drums, percussion). They are known for their bluesy hard rock style and have released numerous albums and singles over their long career.
