“Echoes in My Jacket” is a quiet reflection on the way our past clings to us — not in loud memories, but in the smallest, most unexpected places.
The song was inspired by that bittersweet moment when you find something forgotten — an old note, a jacket you haven’t worn in years — and it pulls you back into a version of yourself you’re not sure still exists. It’s about lost identities, unfinished dreams, and the subtle grief of changing so much that you wouldn’t recognize the person you once were.
It carries the mood of late-night walks, cold air, and unsent messages — when the city keeps moving, but you’re standing still, sorting through echoes of who you used to be.
Built on an indie folk foundation with dream pop overtones, the lyrics weave nostalgia, vulnerability, and emotional honesty — for listeners who crave something quiet but deeply resonant.
🎵 “I carry echoes in my jacket… little ghosts stitched into the seams.”
