She was born in Jersey City, New Jersey on June 8, 1940, and is the daughter of the legendary singer Frank Sinatra. Nancy Sinatra began her career as a singer in the early 1960s, and achieved her greatest success with the release of her hit song “These Boots Are Made for Walkin'” in 1966. The song reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart and became one of the biggest hits of the decade. Nancy Sinatra’s other well-known songs include “Sugar Town,” “Lightning’s Girl,” and “Bang Bang (My Baby Shot Me Down).” She also appeared in several films and television shows, including the movie “The Wild Angels” and the TV series “Batman.” Nancy Sinatra is still active as a performer and continues to tour and record music.
